RETURN POLICY

We gladly offer exchanges, refund or store credit for merchandise returned in unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and original condition within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes

  • Items purchased using a discount code or during a temporary sale of 15% off or more are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
  • Intimates, jewelry, home/gift items, and eyewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For returns, mail us the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) back to your original payment method. The cost to use our return label is $8, and it will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost that was initially charged to you was the cost of the delivery service from our warehouse to your address and is not refundable. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date it is received at our warehouse.

  • Items run small. If a larger size is needed, it will be shipped when available.
  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Colors may vary — each piece is unique, even within the same style.
  • Garments come pre-washed. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry.

How do I initiate a return?

Step 2 – Affix the label you printed to the original packaging directly over the original mailing label. Make sure the merchandise and online packing slip are included.

Step 3 – Drop the package off

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued for items that are permanently out of stock.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
  • Please allow your financial institution additional time to post the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or another item.
Please indicate your desired size on your return form.

  • Exchange orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your exchange is processed.
  • If the requested size is not available in stock, a refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you and no credit or refund will be issued.

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

DAMAGES

  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact
